And yet the psychology of habit setting is one of the least understood disciplines in the world. We're still in the dark ages with it and only now are truly effective theories coming out on how to truly choose your habits.

I have discovered a new series of ideas and techniques that have allowed me and my clients to set and keep new habits in a way that is easy, sustainable for the long-term, and does not require super-human levels of will-power.

I'm excited to expand on this body of work and to do this I need to try this out with more people in order to iron out the kinks and understand better how to implement it.

The Holistic Habit Mastery Experiment
The Holistic Habit Mastery Experiment (HHME) is a 3-week program where you can choose ONE (1) habit that you want to install (or uninstall) into your life.

Over the course of these three weeks I'll take you through a process that will get you into total alignment with the habit so that you don't have to force or push yourself to do anything. It'll just be what you do.

The Program Features:
- Orientation Call (30-60mins)
- 2 weekly follow calls (15-30mins)
- Sporadic texting check-ins

The Promise:
I'm reasonably sure this will work based on all of my findings thus far. But this is an experiment and this body of knowledge is still a work in progress.

Therefore the worst scenario, as I see it, is that you'll get 3 weeks of quality coaching support, increased self-awareness, and and an increased understanding of how to have self-control.
