We were shamed for not practicing and were forced to do tedious, repetitive tasks that made us only resentful. If this is you, I'm sorry that you went through that.
You were probably lead to believe that learning to play piano 1) sucks, and 2) is something that you don't have the ability to do.
I want to personally assure you that there is a much better and more intuitive way of learning.

I should introduce myself here!

My name is Brent. I taught myself to play piano as a kid, and soon after, I was teaching kids and adults in my neighbourhood to play as well. I've always loved it. When I watch someone discover their own ability to play music, it's a great feeling.
​
My other professional career is Actualization Coaching which is fancy talk for teaching people how to get organized and clear enough to properly make their dreams come true. I tell you this because this coaching is also infused into my piano teaching to make it extra effective.

Want lessons for yourself or someone else?
Many families like to break up the allotted time with their spouses and kids. In a 45 minute session, it's not uncommon for me to teach three 15-minute lessons. It's fun when the whole family goes on a music-learning adventure together.
